Early Days

Since I was young I’ve always been drawn to sports and fitness. The idea of competing at the highest level when the stakes are highest or giving my blood, sweat, and tears to be the best at something excited me.

I was never gifted when it came to sports but I was determined to become better because I wanted one thing more than anything, to win.

Football was my first passion where I learned that greatness comes from thousands of hours of repetition and a willingness to fail, I was hooked.

Teenage Years

As I got older I traded in my football for an Xbox controller. I fell out of touch with my love for fitness.

As my obsession with video games grew, so did my waistline. My diet at the time consisted of ready-made meals, Mcdonald’s, and a Redbull or two a day.

To make matters worse I had acne all over my face, chest, and back which added to my rising levels of insecurity. This made me an easy target in school. I continued on this way until the age of sixteen when I decided I’d had enough.

The Start Of My Fitness Journey

The first 6 months in the gym were the hardest. I had no idea what I was doing, I was doing 3 cardio sessions a week, and instead of pizza and Redbulls, it was chicken and water.

I was putting in the work every day but not seeing any results. I thought of quitting many times but the thought of staying the same way forever scared me more.

Then the hard work started paying off, I started seeing my physique change. The day I began to see the results of my work I became obsessed and never looked back.

6 Years On

The decision I made 6 years ago changed my life. Every year I continue to build on the previous year’s progress. I have become a student of the art of self-development.

But as I become more experienced in the gym and I reflect on my years of training I realize how much time I’ve wasted due to being completely self-taught.

I never had a coach only a good friend who showed me the ropes for my first few months of training. I could’ve achieved my goals much faster If I’d had access to the right information and the right social circles.

A Company & A Vision

I wish I had someone to show me the dos and don’ts when it came to nutrition and exercise. So I created Pocket PT to help people who were just starting out on their fitness journey and who like me, once upon a time, have no idea where to start.

My mission is to help as many people as I can fast-track their progress so they can achieve their wildest dreams in half the time by making real fitness education available to everyone.

Our goal has always been to create a platform that serves as the ultimate how-to guide that is constantly evolving. The time of overpriced 1-1 PT is over.

Pocket PT is going to explode - and there’s only one person I want to grow with it.
